Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging is a growing organization with full-time career opportunities for licensed social workers in assessment and case management, as well as for registered nurses in our case management, care transitions, and health coaching programs. Our programs serve and support individuals with disabilities and adults age 60 and over.

COAAA is a mission driven organization with a great work culture. COAAA is part of the City of Columbus with excellent benefits; employees are in the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System (OPERS) with the employer contribution of 14% to individuals’ retirement. Other available benefits include vision, dental, deferred compensation, life insurance, and more. Staff are not scheduled to work on evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts. Staff members are also able to earn all required continuing education requirements through free in-house trainings. 

After onboarding, orientation, and training, employees can request the ability to work from home and to establish a flexible schedule.
