age who want to be better prepared for
planning retirement or long-term care
for family, friends or themselves.
Information is available by telephone,
mail or appointment. Resources and
reading materials will be suggested,
with sources identified such as agency
name & phone number, publication name &
source or organization and toll-free
number.
Printed materials, referrals to sources
of information, telephone or office
consultations, and written care
recommendations & plans are available at
no charge.
If requested, specially-trained Central
Ohio Area Agency on Aging staff
consultants will make a home visit to
review your needs & circumstances.
Available resources will be identified,
alternative choices discussed and
planning help offered. Care Choice Ohio
consultants can: assess current and
future needs; explain available
services; discuss financial resources
required; and, create a professional
care plan for you.
